We at Digital Engage want to recommend to you the movie “The Social Dilemma” , which is currently available on Netflix.

The movie clearly shows the negative sites of today´s social media usage. It explains why Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and others became so powerful and the damages it caused to societies, politics and individuals.

We find it especially valuable since the movie highlights the downsides of social media which everybody should be aware of –  for example its addictive character, the potential negative effects on mental health and how easy it is to spread fake news.
